- Not started: 100% refund
- Sketched: 80% refund
- Midway/Painting: 50% (approx)
- Completed: 0%You can request WIPs at any time during the commission process, provided I have started work. I usually send WIPs at the sketch and flat colour stages regardless. You can also keep track of my queue and progress via my Trello.Sometimes I can be slow. If I am late or take over 2 months to start your work you may request a refund. Please contact me directly rather than using Paypal's report system. Allow at least 48 hours for my response.I reserve the right to cancel or deny commissions at my own discretion. If cancelled after payment has been processed you will be refunded.Excessive edits may incur a 20% surcharge. I will allow multiple minor edits or a major edit but if multiple major edits are requested you will receive a surcharge. Major edits include anything requiring the piece to be redrawn, redraw edits after I have already started colouring/shading or anything in a similar vein. Minor edits include expression changes, sketch adjustments, small colour changes, etc. If I have made a mistake while drawing your character, I don’t count fixing it as excessive editing.I do not work for free. Any agreement to make art without payment is by my own will and non-contractual. Non-payment art may be terminated at any point should I deem it necessary (i.e. due to harassment, discrimination, attitude, etc)You may not use commissioned work for AI training or processing.
